The aim of this project was to develop a comprehensive development framework for the workforce providing care to children and young people’s mental health (CYP MH) inpatient settings.
The objectives for this project were:
- Analyse the current CYP MH inpatient workforce to ascertain the current position of the staff group supporting children and young people.
- Develop a CYP MH inpatient workforce development framework which will provide a vision and roadmap for future workforce planning needs.
